haha I wish I could post the picture up here as proof. My poor fiance who is the nicest guy ever and never says anything bad about how I look (admirable since he’s already seen me puking my brains out) texted me after I sent him the pic and is like “uhhh your head looks really wide with that hair style. don’t do it”.
Yeah I’ve been looking through pinterest and I think (this may change since I’m doing a trial run on myself closer to the wedding once I get my jewelry/clothes/dupatta/haircut done) I’m going to go with something like this:

The weird thing is that when I searched on pinterest, the 1st girl’s pics came up but…call me crazy but isn’t her hair different in each of the pics???
I think a good hair & MUA will definitely be able to do a jhoomar with some poof and middle part. I personally had this middle part hairstyle for my wedding with teeka and jhumar:
The really tight combed middle part hairstyle doesn’t suit me, so i opted for this and it actually looked good with jhoomar. The bun at the back can be bigger or normal depending on personal choice - because of the different foam size the stylist puts in your hair. I chose a normal small one, because otherwise it looked like an alien body was growing in my hair beneath the dupatta.
OH GORGEOUS! I really didn’t like the way a wide middle part looked so I’ll probably have to go with the tighter. I was 1/2 just thinking of telling the makeup artist to do what she thinks will look good but I’m kinda scared she’ll just get lazy and do whatever takes the least effort…I’m slightly paranoid lol Ive had bad experience with desi vendors in the past.
Side note: i have no idea why but I feel like we probably know each other/of each other. You know all my vendors and I definitely follow hairbyanaak too (i was considering flying her out for my wedding…) =)
