MmMM reminds me of shawramas from my days at college. we had a middle eastern restuarant which was very popular and attracted hungry university students like myself that never tired of their food. maybe you need to explore at a different restuarant. don’t give up! unfortunately the recipe for shawrama cannot be made at home as the meat cannot be prepared at home.
