In that case we can say that higher middle class would be entering, higher class or in some cases lower middle class. Where as lower middle class would be going towards lower class, still the higher class would not be that much.

No its higher class is touching new highs through corruption and middle class is converting to lower class. You might have come across TV interviews of people during Ramadan when people say that now they can’t afford fruits and other food items.
