No on the contrary TRUE blueblooded people are very humble and friendly.Its the pseudo-burgers ( ah havent used that term in a long time) who are stuck up.They have just recently made the transition to “upper class” and have the nudaulatya mentality

I agree that this is common between those who got transited to upper class and then start degrading the people from their previous class to impose their superiority. Having said the above, in Pakistan almost all upper class suffer from this because they reached this status recently either due to migration (when Bhangi on other side of border became Syed and Nawabzada) or due to rapid acceptance of corruption in the society.
