A friend working for Microsoft Middle East is looking for resources for developing their channel in Central and North Pakistan and was wondering if there’s someone good you’d be willing to recommend.
This will be a contractual position that may lead into a permanent position with Microsoft’s Pakistan operations, depending upon performance.
Job Title:
Channel Relationship Managers
Based in Lahore and developing the channel in Lahore and surroundings.
Based in Islamabad and developing the channel in Islamabad and surroundings
Both positions will report into our Karachi Office.
Job profile:
The incumbents will deal with and ‘Account Manage’ a wide range of PC assemblers and IT resellers across their respective territories, promoting Microsoft products. Generating revenue through engaging resellers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty will be the key measurements
A hard core face-to-face sales person with the following traits will be suitable,
· Minimum 3-4 years work experience dealing with Channel Sales & marketing a must. Preference will be given to candidates with channel experience selling Intel Products, PC components from the platform of the Principal supplier or distributors directly.
· Knowledge of the local IT market and relationship with key players a must
· Preferably male. Outstanding and committed females may also be considered
· Mobile; must have own transport and able to travel frequently
· minimum 16 years of schooling

· Should be able to deal with ambiguity i.e. a loosely structured environment
· Highly motivated self starter and an Independent problem solver
· Confident and shows potential to be creative
· Results oriented with ambition to succeed
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Remuneration:
Salary:
Up to Pak Rs.25K or more monthly; depends upon qualifications and experience.
Incentives:
Lucrative Sales incentives; OTE (on target achievement).
