Has anyone tried microdermabrasion and how many sessions did you do to notice a difference
Re: microdermabrasion
I don't think it's a good idea, do you know anyone who has tried it? How severe is your acne?
Re: microdermabrasion
^ I don't need it for acne more for an uneven skin tone. I read somewhere that it was a good way to even it out. Personally I don't know anyone that's tried it so I thought I would see if anyone on GS has and what they thought about it. Have you tried it yourself?

Nah and i would never, you just wait and find out if anyone else has tried it otherwise i would suggest don't risk it.These new techniques may cause side effects and that can vary with skin type. It's best to consult your dermatologist.
Re: microdermabrasion
I tried it along with peels and to be honest didn't see any major changes, it's as good as a fine exfoliator.
Re: microdermabrasion
Yeah that's what I was thinking but I just wondered if anyone had any experience with it.
Re: microdermabrasion
Gina how many sessions did you have cause I've heard you need to have a few to see some changes?
Re: microdermabrasion
I tried it but only had one session.
I realized after going through many threads here that I will get better results with peels and some of the other stuff I use at much lower cost.
Go through the rosehip oil thread here, it helps with evening out the skin tone I think.
