he has won 68% of his game. One of the top rate winning percentage to start of a career. You can't rate him by the same standard of a traditional quarterback. Without him falcons were 2-10 last year and 3-1 when he came back. The guy just makes play after play to lead his team to victory but more importantly his teammates trust him to lead them. I think football is being hijacked by the fantasy football geek. All they care about is numbers. They don't look at the intangibles that can't be measured by numbers. He has led us to many fourth quarterback comeback wins. But all the fantasy geek care about is passing yardage and quarterback rating. Well, jake delhomme lead inboth those categories last week against falcons. but who won the game. Don't ask the fantasy geeks who won the game. They are too busy jumping up and down looking at jake's passer rating and yardage and how he just killed vick with his arm.

he is good..but he doesnt deserve that 37 mill signing bonus..he isnt the best qb..thats payton manning for sure
He is fun to watch. I haven't seen any player faster than him. Once he takes off it's diffciult to catch him. He can be the best Qb once he gets more experience and be more accurate in his passes.

He isn't the best qb. However, he is the most valuable asset for a team. Our o-line is atrocious at pass blocking. Stick payton manning in there and let's see how many td's he throws than. The fact is, you switch payton and vick into the opposites team and colts would still be 12-3. However, stick payton manning behind the atl o-line where he gets pressured every time he drops back, falcons might be looking at a 7-9 to 9-7 record.
Yes his running game is a bit over-rated but he is still by far the best rushing QB in the NFL right now. If you listen to the media they'll make you think that he's priest holmes with QB skills but he isnt that good. He definitly needs to improve upon his long bombs but i'll take him just as he is right now. His extension is somewhat outrageous but i guess because of that he'll play with more passion for ATL now more than before. But i mean come on. More money than peyton?

is he over-rated as a QB? sure.. but his running game makes him special - from QB standpoint - he still misfires - and don't have the accuracy of McNabb, Daunte, Manning, Farve alike - however keep an eye on him in coming years - he's sure gonna make noise around the league.
