I think he is practically senile, so should be sent to a mental hospital, rather than a prison. He has no idea what is and is not acceptable in normal world.

he should've learn't his lesson in the early 90's. dis time his luck mite just have run out. if convicted, he could be put away for upto 21 years if i'm not wrong, dat could well mean, burhapa and death in jail.
