**Well whatever he earned before marriage that will be considered only his not her a single penny. Unless their is some written agreement about wealth before marriage or on the marriage day or after. Whatever he will make in future that will be divided for sure so it depends how long she can stay with him:D **

The family of Simon Cowell’s fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy reportedly want the X Factor boss to convert to Islam if the couple are to wed. According to Heat, Hussainy’s sister-in-law Erlene Garcia was asked to convert before marrying her brother Wahid. A source said of Hussainy’s Afghanistan-born parents Mary and Sayed:** ‘They’re very Westernised, but no-one in their family has ever married a non-Muslim - and they’re not willing for their youngest daughter to become the first.’**
However, a friend of Hussainy added: ‘Mezhgan is very reluctant about asking Simon to convert… and she knows how controversial it will be.’ Simon might be a big deal in the UK, but there are other people in the Afghan community in Los Angeles who her parents will be more afraid of offending.‘It would bring shame on their family and community if Simon did not respect their beliefs.’

Her parents wanting him to convert is rather culture related than religion related. If you have read the article you posted, you’d know that they want him to convert so that they don’t have to face shame from the Afghan community. 
Society is more important than religion to some “Muslims”.
What I don’t get though is, where was the society when she was having illegitimate relationships before? One of them even being a chippendales stripper.

Again, with the assumptions and implications. You're assuming that because Mezghan's family "**wanted Cowell to convert", **that Mezghan herself must be Muslim. The family could have any number of reasons making such a request of Cowell, none of which might have anything to do with Mezghan's personal beliefs or wishes. They may be asking Cowell to convert to save face in front of the rest of their community and Muslims in general. They may simply not want their daughter to marry Cowell (for any number of reasons) and are using religion as an excuse to get rid of him, hoping he'll refuse to convert just to marry Mezghan. I'm not psychic and don't presume to know the personal religious beliefs and motives of complete strangers.

^If her parents are as liberal as they've been reported to be I doubt they'd be implying what u've said they are, in fact they'd prob publicly want to distance themselves from their daughter instead. If Mezhgan wasn't Muslim I'm sure she would have spoken up by now**, **no-one likes to be made out to be something they're not. I'm guessing she doesn't want to draw too much attention to the fact that she is one cos she's scared of the controversy (from both sides)..
A lot of more liberal parents turn a blind eye to their kids having relationships with non-Muslims thinking it won’t last or isn’t serious but then when it develops into engagement they insist on making it ‘legitimate’, not saying it’s right or anthing tho. My own dad did the same thing when I first started out with my other half..
The article doesn’t say they want him to convert only cos they’re scared of offending the community, am sure it’s a mixture of their own wishes as well as that.

shes not muslim
even sinner muslims have a blanket of decency over their eyes. to be able to date hollywood stars you cannot have this decency. and if you dont have this decency then one is not a muslim
she may be a monothiest, at its basic form
about takfir, its important we dont do it willy nilly but the Quranpak does mention minimum levels of adherence to islam. nobody mention lashes or death penalty
