I think what you have described here is the characteristic “pretty boy” … metrosexuals often have rough beards, long hair and almost camp in their outlook, but are indeed heterosexual. They are so laid back with sexuality they are free with both gays and women and as a result they tend to draw the attention of fashion crazed women.
