In KPK,infrastructure projects are secondary. The past year has seen a focus on strengthening of institutions…stuff like depoliticization of police, independence of NAB, disappearance of corruption and patwari culture. But since stuff like this doesnt glare like a [ooo shiney]red metrobus[/ooo shiney], you wont hear of it.
