methi seeds for hair loss

Hi all
Has anyone tried methi seeds/fenugreek seeds on hair to stop hair fall. I have been losing a lot of hair for a few months so I need help. Please share your experience if you have tried it or heard of it. thanks

i tried it and it really worked. It's messy but if you are committed it works.

Make Oil: Crush Mustard Seeds in Mustard Oil
**
Every 2-3 days: **
Warm up the oil
Put oil in hair along (I use to also put the crushed dana)
Wash hair after 2-3 hours
