I want to keep my MSN messenger 8.5 version. But i cannot log in anymore because a message pops up and says that i have to upgrade to the new version, and i did that but i still cant log in. The new version doesnt work on my computer… and when i click on find solutions online, it says that my F-secure thing isnt working properly, so what can i do to keep my old version?

I had to upgrade too since it won't let me sign in. Hate it but I guess it'll take some getting used to.

Thanx for the link TLK, i tried it but didnt work, however i found another site and followed the steps and it worked!!
Its not that i dont like the new version its just that im used to 8.5 one, and also the new version doesnt work on my computer

I upgraded about a month ago… tried logging in and it didn’t work. Didn’t bother troubleshooting…
I’ll just stick to the phone then.

well to install newest version it chks for pirated copies ahemahem and wont install without installing the updates of windows first
so i just downloaded the 9 version off other sites
