Would you marry a messed up boy/girl? or you would rather go with someone normal? Don’t you think it would be boring & dull to marry someone normal?
I would like to marry someone messed up, I find messed up people interesting. ![]()
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
What do you mean "messed up"?
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
Messed up ppl are interesting. Why would you marry interesting ppl though?
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
By messed up people I meant problematic folks. Those who went through a lot in their lives, who understand that life can be so tough at times unlike some princesses.
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
Nope. I don't want someone with childhood, abandonment, self confidence, abuse, mental health etc. issues. Loyalty is paramount.
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
It might just be mean.. But I think a real person comes out when they've been through **** in life.
I've seen both kinds.. And I see the people who have been born with a silver spoon have no idea about life. It's hardships. The value of it all.. Not that they all take things for granted.. But don't know what insecurity is.
It sometimes works to an advantage or a disadvantage.
I've had it tough.. And now when I'm so childish over my lives issues it makes me feel think.. Probably it's just tired me.. And the downside of all of this is this insecurity inside me.. It's horrible when it's out.. Otherwise they're the best people. No judging.. Hard working. Knowing the worth of life.
I'm sure all my posts go so against it..

Are you messed up?
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
marriage is already difficult, why would you make it more so by marrying a pscyho?
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
Spoil brats who have no idea about life must not get married. According to me, you're messed up if you can't be man/woman up and own and deal with your issues. Be it family, marriage, finance, or career. Messed up people dosrun ka sahara letai hein. And people who are serious about life in general, deal problems on their own. Enough said!.

the descriptions that you are using (i.e. messed up and problematic) are not really the best to describe people who have been "through a lot".
your words are quite negative.
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
'unlike some princesses'
It's like deja-vu..

You have to be very patient and emotionally in sync with them otherwise you can end up messing them up even more.
To to everyone looking for some jolly good time with emotionally broken people:
We messed up folk don't want people who want to be with us just coz we're interesting....we need help through every step in life.

Family, marriage, finance, and career are issues that almost everyone has to deal with...it's afflictions that are outside our control like death or abuse or even poverty.
If you think family, finance, and career are "issues" then you're a brat. :D

It is not deja-vu unless it is deja-vu all over again.
Thank you.

Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
Someone normal please. I've seen people with abandonment issues and am glad I don't know them anymore.
Re: Messed Up Boys/Girls
I don't think everyone who has been through a lot in life is "messed up". Marriage has a lot to do with compatibility, who knows I might just be able to sync with someone "messed up". So, I would give it a chance. However, don't think the label is just or people should be avoided like that, usually people who have been through a lot show greater strength of character and deeper understanding and patience. Not always and you don't need to have had a tough life to learn these skills, but usually this is the case. Generally, everyone has had to face many battles in life that have shaped them in some way, even the rich spoilt kids. These people are not necessarily "messed up".
