Black pepper and salt for seasoning , then put it in the oven for 6 hours at 200 degrees F not C . Do not forget to foil it up.
You can buy and put hot wing sauce also for seasoning/marination.
Timing also depends on the quantity though.

its not easy to sit in the house for 6 hrs though :hmm:

you do not have an oven with auto timer , most of them have a timer which will turn it off after six hours.
