Not sure how reliable our rating system is but apparently ARY’s drama, meri ladli has broken all past records (including that of humsafar) with a rating of 10.9. Has anyone seen it? naam say tu bauhut filmi lug raha hai.

That must be a rumour coz Meri Ladlii sucks big time. I watch the drama and it is so boring. Humsafar was so much better than this one. Also not a big fan of Ahsan Khan.

breaking records mein bohut kuch ata hai khaali ratings he nahi. Humsafar aik NAAM, aik ENTITY bun chuka tha, aur kaisay bana , facebook say blogs say, forums say and channel say, colleges mein, univs mein offices mein gharoun mein… meri ladli to duur duur tak is race mein ata he nahi hai…
Humsafar ko logoun nay aik epic bana deeya tha, itniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii fab uski popularity aur almost everyone who is even no one came to knew about it. as the word of mouth spread like a viral infection…

Does not look appealing to me at all . There WAS actually hype about Humsafar with it being written about in international media!

If I neglected to watch a drama based on the first episode, then I would miss out on a majority of the dramas being produced nowadays. This drama did not start out well but progressed to be a good drama (though it was stretched out a bit towards the end). I don't know about it breaking any records, however the story was realistic.
After all her struggles throughout life, the patient 'ladlee" wins in the end.
