I was thinking of something. Every now and then, different people open threads on the same topic (happens in cafe like every other day)…This happens a lot when its someones B-Day or if someone completed certain amount of posts. I think there should be a rule that allows only one thread on the same topic. Instead of merging, I think the “extra” thread(s) should rather be locked. Maybe its only me but I feel that it will not be fair to the person who opened the thread before everyone else to have his/her thread merged with other threads that were opened later on just because the people opening threads later on “did not see the thread.”
Rest is upto the team. Whatever you guys decide is fine but I just wanted to share with you guys what I thought

so lets say its someone’s birthday and everyone wants to wish him/her by opening thread to make the person special… you want to stop that?? Nope I dont agree, there are already too many rules for itty bitty .. give ppl some space to breath n enjoy. Merging thread is enuff .. it satisfies both sides of the players .. Mods n the Guppies.
