Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
Come to the topic, Govt should take some refresher courses from Zardari "how to control political parties". Right now he is the best politician among all politicians. I am talking about only politics, guys, so don't bring Mr. 10% Mr. 50 % in this discussion okay.

Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
noon league should get rid of this saad rafique and parveiz Rashid, they always add fuel to the existing condition.
Actually they should remain with the party. They are accelerating the implosion of PMLN.

Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
Operation at Model Town was carried by joint leadership of agencies.. Using police for execution as due to war situation in the country, police is essentially under the control of agencies for some special task. SS insisting judicial commission for fact finding. Inside news is SS did not know the details of the operation till the killing of people. The agencies were insisting on removing barriers from this location. SS did not defend the killing by police at all..
The biggest loser in today's incidence is Punjab government. People who know Shahbaz know well that if this incident was reported to him.. He would not have let it happen...
For last 5 years under his leadership.. Punjab has remained largely peaceful while there was a huge crime and security problem else where..
I have posted my hints in the post. If there is an impartial enquiry like SS is insisting.. The details will surely come out..
Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
O For last 5 years under his leadership.. Punjab has remained largely peaceful while there was a huge crime and security problem else where..
Do you know why Punjab was peaceful? It is because Shahbaz convinced enemies of Pakistan that PMLN is on their side. And PMLN did prove that it is Taliban apologist with its heart and soul.
There is no reason to be pompous when the reason Punjab remained peaceful was because Shahbaz joined enemies of Pakistan, and turned a blind eye from thousands and thousands of Pakistanis killed by his friends outside of Punjab.
please also give a reference of the claim that the operation was conducted by 'agencies'.
Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
^^*
I shared the news I have.. The rest is up to you how you want to interpret. BTW.. All the killings in Sind were not Taliban only.. Certain namallom afrad scored much higher in killing..
Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
Sharing a hearsay is not news but a rumor. I asked because I did not read anywhere that some agencies were in-charge of that operation instead of Punjab police.
And if Pakistani 'agencies' are so bad to kill people do sans to put blame on him then Shahbaz should not have trusted his own security with them.
Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
I have nothing to add.. This sort of killing can not be defended.. The real culprits should be punished.. I am all or that..
Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
I agree wth khoji even today i read articles who supports taliban.
Re: Tahir Ul Qadri
Police are not the bad guys here. They were asked to do the job & people attacking them got killed. If anyone is responsible for their deaths its TUQ and protesters themselves.
7 dead, 80 injured in clash between PAT and Lahore Police
LAHORE- Seven people including two women were killed while 80 others sustained injuries in a clash between the supporters of Dr Tahirul Qadri and police in Lahore.
The fight started last night when members of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) tried to stop police from removing barriers outside their leader’s house in Model Town Colony and party secretariat. Police baton-charged and shelled the demonstrators for not letting them do their job. Five of the protesters were also arrested for creating trouble.
The injured were shifted to a hospital for medical assistance. According to hospital sources, the injured also include 17 police personnel. Police managed to remove all the barriers despite intense opposition, while anti-encroachment officials are busy clearing the area and removing the rubble. Police personnel are present in the locality to monitor the work and ensure protesters are kept under control.
As per previous court orders, blocking streets for security reasons is not allowed and police should remove such blockages. District Minister Rana Mashoud said the road blockages outside Qadri’s house were being removed on complaints filed by the residents of Model Town Colony.
Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, while speaking to journalists in Lahore, said that the barriers outside Qadri’s house and party secretariat were removed after government received information from intelligence agencies about the presence of armed men in the area.
He added that the private militia had made it a no go area and no one in Punjab is allowed to do so. While speaking inside the Punjab Assembly, where the opposition members protested against the use of force, Sanullah claimed the police action was inevitable as they were reports of militiamen taking oath for working on an unidentified operation.
The law minister further said the provincial government will carry out a judicial inquiry into the incident and those found guilty of unlawful actions will be punished. Informing the assembly about cases being filed against a few senior PAT leaders for their involvement in the clash with the police, Sanaullah claimed that police were fired at from inside the PAT secretariat.
Responding to the use of force against his party workers, Qadri said he protests police brutality against the peaceful demonstrators. He further accused the government of using this issue to divert attention from the ongoing operation in North Wazirisitan. While speaking to media, Qadri said the police action was unjustifiable as the barriers were placed on government’s order many years ago.
Accusing police of harassing PAT supporters prior to his visit to Pakistan, Qadri stressed he will arrive in the country as scheduled. The PAT leader also claimed the total number of casualties was higher than the official figure. Earlier PAT supporters staged protests in different parts of the country including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and other cities. Protesters blocked roads in the twin cities, affecting the flow of traffic. A human chain was formed in Gujranwala while party members also demonstrated in Sialkot, Hafizabad and Multan.
