Holocaust denial, along with being foolish, is not illegal in the US.
Irving, and his ilk, are served much better in the open. He was totally discredited, by a law suit of his own doing. This does nothing but make him a martyr to Muslims. The funny thing about all of this is that he has a dislike for Muslims as well.
