She was raped right after sarwat found out about the pregnancy and sarwat now has a kid so I doubt thats the case. Though I wouldn't have been surprised with such a twist.
omg this drama jumps years in next episode..and seems like they have a daughter who i guess dies...

For weeks now I’ve been reading much about this MD Productions serial; positive reviews and comments lavishing praise on the story, the actors, their excellent acting and chemistry with each other, the direction, the dialogues, in short everything about Mere Dard Ko Jo Zubaan Milay sounded just perfect. Intrigued by all that I was reading I felt kind of left out; it seemed like I was missing out on what sounded like a really fabulous serial (I watched the first episode and then never got around to following it regularly), and so over the past week or so I caught up with much of what has aired till now, and here’s my take …

well real life mein rarely is type ki ghatiya harkat kernay waloun ko sabak milta hai but since its a tv drama so kaheen na kaheen link to banana hai takay us khabees ko saza milay

I found episode 14 to be a little out there.
The rapist bumps into Urooj & family to assist with the wheelchair......but that was possible since it was 7 years later in time.
However, shortly thereafter, Ms. MD (Sarwat) says she needs a manager for the import/export affairs of the business, and guess who miraculously comes in to apply for the position : .... the rapist.
Like C'mon!!!!

way way too much drama in this serial. First death of Zakriya’s husband. neelam pregnant - commits suicide. Then robbery. Rape. Arfa starts a fire. Amna’s marriage with urooj. Arfa in depression. Junaid + arfa marriage. Nomi is born. Car crash and Urooj is wheelchair bound. The dad passes away. Arfa and Junaid’s daughter passes away. Arfa attempts suicide. Evil rapist gets job. Amna falling in love with him? Junaid on drugs ? Nomi rushes out into road , accident ??
I’ve probably missed some things as well lol
What happened to neelam’s family ? They vanished into thin air 
By the way I thought Amna was ACTUALLY in love with Urooj and she wanted the marriage to happen. Now she’s saying she didn’t love him.
