mujhe ja-baja terii justujo tujhe dhoondta hoon mae ku-ba-ku
kahan khul saka tere ru-baru, mera is QadR tujhe dhoondna

mera khwaab tha k khiyaal tha, wo arooj tha k zawaal tha
kabhii farsh pe tujhe dekhna, kabhii arsh pe tujhe dhoondna

yahan har kisi se hii bair haii, tera shehr Qarya-e-ghaiR haii
yahan sehel b tu nahii koii, mere be-khabR tujhe dhoondna

terii yaad ayee tu ru dya, tu mil gaya, tujhe kho dya

Wonderful ghazal HH... I have this one noted in diary as well, but instead of the above sher I got the following... Don't know which one is correct though..

Meri nazar ka kamaal hai key meri nazar ka jamaal hai
Tujhey sher sher meiN sochna, sar-e-baam-o-dar tujhey dhooNdhna
