I dont think it was dumb. I think the ending was somewhat realistic, give or take a little bit of drama. The overall story line of the drama was a bit off beat, but I think the end played out OK. Maham got her ‘revenge’, got Rubab what was rightfully hers, taught Umar a lesson, made Bakhtiyaar suffer, and chose to live the rest of her life her way, by not answering Umar’s call.
I agree. It was a bit far fetched but I enjoyed the drama overall. A girl who takes control of her life instaead of going crazy in a mental ward. Omar was a weak doormat character. Your love for one family member should not take away the rights of others. Both men and women need to be more alert. Going back to Umar would have totally been wrong. They didn’t even have a child unlike Humsafar.
