i have read the first episode and the last episode and seems like the cast fits the requirement (except for sumbul, dont know who she is). its end is beautifully written. it made me cry so much. :teary1:

I think Maha Malik also wrote Haal-e-dil and I didn't care for that one.

it was really a famous novel of its time. what i remember (well i got the grip of entire story in first and last episode) that a couple moved somewhere where wife gets friend with some showbiz celeb and she gets into wrong hand, and she even leaves her pious husband to work in showbiz world. so the story is about her transformation and then repentance. its last scene is beautifully written (i dont want to ruin that part for you).

well this is one of my fav novels…but it has tragic end…i wz crying when i read its end…:frowning: i hope they change it into happy ending…

and yes sumbul is not suitable at all…baki cast theek hay but sumbul… :smack:

found a pic of Sumbul - hmm…not sure if she’s so good w/ intense scenes. She’s probably on the same wavelength as a Mehreen Raheel.

Seems like a pretty predictable story to me. A girl who is supposedly pretty has to many dreams and aspirations and khushfehmi's just because rich guys are willing to take her out and all...one guy probably loves her truly but she doesn't realize her love until her gets her face ruined for some reason and the guys she thought would be there for her just disappear and then she probably repents and realizes her mistakes. Other plot not sure don't care but the cast is not to appealing for me to be honest.
