Neither it is hadith nor a saying of any companion but probably a saying or thought of someone

I think there is another thread where @Tahurra quoted that "Almighty Allah never forgets", from Chapter 19 Verse 64 (if i'm not mistaken). So it might be saying or thought of someone, as she said.
