Savera’s character is bit same like bari aapa, she is shown strict and proud…recently she forced her husband faisal qureshi to marry her best friend because savera herself is paralyzed and cant takecare of house and children

Sure, but that would mean major surgery to remove the irritating savera, by somehow killing her character off, sending the annoying kids to boarding school and to transplant some courage in nimra bucha...then they will live happily ever after...the end.

Exactly , why can't she be in a wheelchair ? that is how A LOT of people manage and get on with their lives instead of being in bed all day ....
I have watched the teasers ( bad decision as the whole story is given away ! ) where Sawera argues with Nazish about why she has taken her husband away from her and she's standing up. So she gets better then ? though the doctor said she won't be able to fully recover ...

Well i dont think she gets better in the novel. It gets repititious with savera's character being intensely annoying, screaming and yelling. Nimra being qurbani ki bakri and faisal being a bystander(not innocent)... Should i write out the spoiler;)?

here goes...
In the novel, savera is a beautiful girl born in a lower middle class family and is lucky to be married to faisal who falls head over heels for her.
Nimra is an over-age single woman, her best friend, who has had no luck in getting any rishtas due to her plain looks.
when savera gets paralyzed she is so rude to everyone that even her mother etc eventually stop visiting her, but nimra continues to do so and encourages her. There were no greedy khala bhanji or sister from dubai or rich dad in the novel.
She forces faisal to marry nimra, and soon after that she reverts to her usual caustic rude self and accuses faisal of being unfaithful to her.
In the meantime, nimra becomes a domestic goddess, fixes everything in the house, gets close to the kids and faisal starts admiring her, all this time savera continues to be the evil wicked witch. Nimra also figures out faisal's likes and dislikes and moulds herself into the perfect wife.
One fine day faisal announces that hes taking savera abroad for treatment, and that the kids will stay with nimra in pakistan. The kids want to stay with the step mother. But then savera tells nimra that faisal will divorce nimra as soon as she recovers. However,faisal secretly admires nimra, her selflessness and her patience. Finally, savera has a huge fit one day, when she tells faisal that nimra should be divorced but faisal yells back at her defending nimra. He is tired of saveras selfishness and her arrogance. that night savera dies of a brain hemorrhage. And all is well afterwards. The end.
Moral of story: looks are skin deep.
By the way, this was so long and repititiously boring that i skimmed through several pages :s
