Some of our relatives will come to visit at our place first time. They will come on friday night and will leave on sunday ( may be after breakfast or lunch so I have to make lunch also), I will make friday dinner, saturday breakfast and dinner and sunday breakfast and lunch (optional).
Friday Dinner:
Kofta pulao
Vegetable Jalfrezi
Chicken Dum gosht
Pasta Salad
Raita
Naan
Custard
Yeah, I was thinking the same. Too many meat dishes. Have some daal, vegetables, instead parathay, have pasta with stirfry or something...
If I were you, I'd have 1 meat, 1 vegi, 1 rice or pasta and/or roti, salad, riata.
Oh and for meetha, you don't need custard, kheer kind of meetha everyday. I know if you have some left from the previous day you can put that on the table but maybe have a dish of fruits with it on one day (maybe when you are repeating the custard.)
Oh in breakfast, oneday you can g for a full fledge desi breakfast, next day maybe go with something light like french toasts or pancakes, or eggs + toast, jam, and butter...

I decide this menu, what do u think it is ok or I have to omit some dish or add other one.
Thanks in advance.
I think alot of these items are repeating and too much/unnecessary...
The Friday menu is fine.
For saturday's breakfast you can have PooriyaN and cholay or aloo salan with firni. For dinner i'd get rid of parathas totally and either make seekh kabab or chicken tandoori...not both.. and for dessert, have cake or regular ice cream/sundaes.
And then for Sunday, i'd make it an american style, with eggs/omelette, toast, and pancakes/waffles/french toast and fresh fruits... And for lunch, u can pretty much serve leftovers from Saturday night, with fresh raita/nan/salad and dessert..
