Menu for inlaws

hello frnds

need yur help my inlaws are coming tomrrow from other city what i make for dinner or lunch…i have decide something u all can suggest me more ..

a drink when they come like lemon tang or something else
1.Pulao
2.Karahi goasht
3.salad
4.mango dessert
and aloo ke kabab but i want to change the shape of that not that circle one what other shapes i can make?

but i dont know how to make mango dessert can any 1 suggest me quick mango dessert recipe ?

  1. Mango Kulfi -

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
800g Mango Puree or use Canned Mango Pulp
… 400g Condensed Milk
100g Double Cream
100g Sugar
½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder

METHOD
TO MAKE MANGO PUREE

  1. Wash, peel and remove the center from the mango
  2. Cut into pieces
  3. Add to a blender and make thick purée
  4. If using canned Mango pulp, leave out step 1- step 3
  5. Next add sugar, cream, cardamom powder, condensed milk and blend for a minute or so
  6. Add to a plastic container or kulfi moulds if you have them
  7. Place in freezer and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight
  8. Remove molds from freezer
  9. Stand in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi
  10. Tap the base to release the kulfi
  11. Serve immediately

A light and creamy dessert that can be served on it’s own or sandwiched between layers of cake to make Mango Mousse Cake](Mango Mousse Cake – Fauzia's Kitchen Fun).INGREDIENTS3-4 ripe mangos (not over-ripe, but they should be sweet)
1 sachet of halaal mango-flavored gelatin dessert powder (about 85gm)
1 cup sugar (you will adjust according to taste depending on sweetness of your mangos
1 ½ cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks (don’t over-whip)
1 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the gelatin as per the box instructions and set aside till it comes to room temperature (do not let it set).
Peel and slice up your mangos, and set aside about half a cup of cubed pieces of mango for later. Put the remaining mango slices into your blender and add the gelatin liquid and some sugar, blend together until completely smooth and then taste for sweetness. If it’s perfect for you, then pour it into a big glass bowl, then throw in the mango cubes and mix, leaving a few pieces aside for final decoration.

Whip the cream with the vanilla and a tbsp. of sugar, making sure you don’t whip until stiff, the cream should have soft peaks. Then remove a little of the cream for decoration, and gently fold in the remaining into the mango mixture until completely incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate preferably overnight for the mousse to set. Serve in bowls with some whipping cream n mango cube topping.

ingredients..
1.mango cubes
2.mango jelly
3.gelatin powder
4.yougrut
5.fresh cream

method:
add yougrut, gelatin powder, mango jelly powder ,fresh cream and freeze this and then serve

its zubaida apa recipe FRuit Yougrt i add mango instead of pineapple

You can make the aloo cutlets into an oval log-like shape instead of a flat kabab shape.

Make pulao and qorma or Aalo gosht with it. Will taste yummy!

I don’t like aloo gosht. Also, if the gosht in the pulao and aloo gosht is the same, it won’t be as balanced…unless it’s just a matar pulao and a chicken qorma. The menu OP has is fine.

i made pulao, chicken karahi, mango yougrt, and sweet sour salad and deco with purple cabbage…and went good i made pualo for the first time:)
