then do the oven roasted fingerling potatoes and use a lemon pepper seasoning on them, for your second side make ratatouille and serve with a nice leafy salad. Voila! Perfect menu!

You make a good ratatouille, don’t you? I think you posted a recipe on this forum somewhere.

Roasted vegetables… Very hearty, delicious, and healthy.

If you are using oilve oil, no need for mayo.

I didn’t think about that…will skip the mayo.
