Menu for 3 days

We are having a guest over for 3 days soon. He is an Englishman and doesnt eat too spicy food and prefers homemade food.

I really want to cook something special this time. The past times I have been sick and my husband just prepared some stuff.

Plz help me this time. need ideas for 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and dinners. plz share recipes.

thanks:)

Chameli where r u based? Does this man want English food or pakistani.

Breakfast suggestions:
Scotch pancakes with fresh fruit and cream.
Or full englsih (fry up or grilled, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, hashbrowns, tomatoes etc). Porridge.

Pakistani - Poori or parathas with halwa and channa, or fried eggs.

LUNCH or DINNER:

Pilau rice - thats not too spicy. An english friend asked me to make it for her wedding, it was gone in no time.
Tandoori spiced chicken, fried or oven baked.
Aubergine salan (this is not usually very spicy) with fresh roti.
Dry Potato salan (Bombay Aloo- angrez love it!)
Roasted vegetables.
Chappli kebabs served with naan and salad, chutney and raita.

Re: Menu for 3 days

Pasta works for everyone. Try spaghetti, or lasagne with a big ceasar salad and garlic bread. You can also find some great receipes online for cold or hot spinach dip which you can serve with the garlic bread.

What are these, do you have recipes?
Thanks!!

Breakfast--
- Full on desi breakfast (halva, poori cholay etc)
- Full english breakfast (eggs, hash browns, toast, (turkey) bacon/sausage etc (if getting halal is an option for you guyz)
- This is a cros between both desi and "english", my husband and MIL make this egg ka salan, basically its an omelette with fried onions and tomatoes (like the masala for regular salans), and serve with a paratha....

Lunch--
Daal chawal :D
Sandwiches

Dinner--
Italian and desi... do a lasagna + garlic bread + salad one night and for second night biryani with a salaan and raita and two different salads is good!
