Wt things should be made and freeze early that can easily be used during the wedding days.?
the wedding is in ur house , can say of ur sis.
Caz i also need a menu for lunch and tea time for couple who come after marriage mean next day of walima., at ur house?

u can freeze kofta curry…marinate chicken pieces n freeze them…
or cook qeema only n freeze it…when u take it out heat it n add peas or potatoes whatever u like…
also keep shami kababs,samosas,rolls,chicken nuggets etc
i’ve never tried freezing vegees will try this time…
for tea u can boil kabuli channay n freeze them then later u can make channa chaat or dahi barhay with them…
and betty crocker cakes n cookies are also quick to make…
