Is this menu okay:
matar pulao
mutton salan (Shorba)
Chicken tikka masala
Naans
Pasta salad
lettuce salad
seekh kabobs
Pizza
My biggest question is does pizza look off with a desi buffet

pizza is OK for kids N youth.
matar pulaao can be substituted with yaKhnii pulaao...that goes better with the salan you are serving. that's what i would do if i had to serve the above menu.

mata pulao topped with boiled eggs and baked potatoe wedges, with boondi raita and lettuce salad is a onve a week must in our house. sometimes is serve it with chappal kebabs or baked chicken.

Sorry I forgot mint chutney, and dahi bharay are also on the menu.
