Hey guys, it went very well Allhamdulillah. I made:
Tandoori Chicken
Fish kebabs
Lamb Korma
Butter Chicken
Lamb Pilau
Saag Paneer
Bhindi
Achari Baigan
White mash daal
Salad
Raita
Dessert was:
Fruit platter
Victoria sponge cake with custard
Seviyaan Zarda
We ended up serving way more dishes than intended as I made the butter chicken, tandoori chicken and aubergine the night before, but realised everything was red looking, so decided to make lamb korma and the other veg to compensate. We had to make a number of veg dishes and the fish kebab as my uncle only eats veg and fish.
We've agreed to the rishta, just need to sort how and where we'll do the engagement, and then the weddind, so I expect I'll be posting in the wedding section alot soon.

Thanks. It ended up being a more elaborate meal because of everyone's dietary requirements, and I did orginally make the butter chicken, but then realised everything on the menu was 'red', so decided to make lamb korma and serve just that. But ended up serving both.
