To become physically strong you have to be mentally strong. It requires a lot of dedication and discipline. A lot of sweat and pain. How do you cope when you are running and feel like your legs are about to give in but to need to carry on? or you feel like you cannot do another rep., your body is telling you to stop, how do you find the strength to do a couple of more reps?

Have a goal. A goal that is in focus makes all obstacles blurry.
Eat right.
Proteins.
Water.

As shallow as it may sound, upcomming events help me focus.
Like my brother’s engagement or my X-mas party.
But on a more permanent level, I jsut hate loosing! To me its like I can’t let this treadmil get the best of me?! I’m no punk!! ![]()
My downfall is my confidence. I have so much of it that I really don’t care that I’ve put on some extra pounds. I’m still hawt – and hence the extra donut.

What was the longest amount of time you were in the ring with an opponent? Did you also keep well by hanging in there if the rounds/intensity progressed to another level?

You shouldn't have deleted your posts. You should have let people come to their own conclusions. I am just surprised that I haven't heard about you since you say that you fought someone who had won or fought in the commonwealth games and broke his ribs. That you were on pakistani and canadian tv, boxing. That you never lost a fight.

If you want to increase mental strength then you must do some special things:
1: live happily
2: Eat healthy food
3: Do regular exercises
