start meeting more people, begin to create big social circle, read some good literature, have discussions on what’s happening around the world, travel.

While its good to know more and varied kinds of people but that won’t necessarily raise someone’s mental level. Also it is highly subjective to define mental level. Some may argue that knowledge of current happenings around the world is mental level, while others may argue that keeping a family together on a tight budget is mental level. What is your definition of mental level?

I asked the same question to pappu once, he said “Define what is you desired mental level, there is no such thing as right or wrong mental level, neither high or low exists for it. Define what makes you happy, identify people, whose mental level you appreciate, once that is done, you are already half way there. Now all you have to do is to embrace that mental level, by listening to people who have that mental level, studying books and sources, of what you think that got them there, and studying what they recommend or talk about. If that mental level is not defined by people, and is satisfaction threshold created by your mind, it could also involve alot of honest and true healthy thought processing.”
