Should mental health screenings be done at madrassas and universities of Islamic Learning, so we don’t keep getting these politically ambitious violent maulvis waging war and killing innocents in the name of Islam?

There could be questionnaire assessments given as part of the admission process and then at different points throughout the coursework to screen for such issues. But then you also have to monitor what is being taught and how is it being taught. Assessment of both students and instructors.
