why some women got painless smooth periods
and some got painfull periods specially pain in abdomen,pelvis,groin and around waist area
its just some girls are lucky to not having any pain duraing mensturation or its include some medical reasons…

I think every girl goes thru some cramps but there re certain exercises if you do them it will help u loose those cramps.

I get terrible terrible cramps. So terrible that I can't concentrate on anything else :(..sucks!

Suhaina… I totally understand what u say… Its a damn killer .. I remember having to stay at home when at school - I was seized up with spasms/ excrutiating pain and cramps and my back gets the worst of it:bummer:.. Im with u hun!!!
