Re: Wedding Bands
My parents wanted to gift my husband a platinum wedding band, we even picked out a really nice one at Tiffany’s but hubby said no because Islamically, men are not allowed to wear any metal except silver. We even suggested that he take it and keep it but he said he wants to wear his band so it would be pointless to get him anything else. So when he came a couple of days before the wedding, I took him back to Tiffany’s and he picked out a nice silver band of his choice. I hardly wear my wedding ring but he never takes his off 
which reminds me, he gave me a solitaire at Nikkah and I am suppose to get the wedding band at rukhsati.. does that mean I have to give him another wedding band then too
