Men's fashion

After reading all those threads in life1 about how uncle jis get fat and all the aunties look nice and uncles (guys in general) are awful to look at. So, in order to help our fellow guys to look better (and to take our this forum one thread at a time) I shall start this thread and hopefully will try to keep it alive by posting anything that I like as in general men’s fashion. Obviously, if someone has any inquiries about something men’s fashion related we shall be more than happy to help anyone out. By we I mean me and my two sidekicks Syraa and Kurripunjaban.

To begin the thread, I really really like this watch and I think everyone should have a nice leather strap watch.

Re: Men's fashion

Apart from the usual mens fragrances what would be a good present for a 20 yr old bro?

Re: Men’s fashion

I love guess watches…I love GUESS for everything…for men and women…really awesome stuff. I bought something like this one for my uncle for his b’day…he loved it!!

Re: Men's fashion

Well I think most guys are not that much into perfume. They do like watches though. Another good gift that most people don't think about are wallets. If he is starting a job or going to start one soon then maybe a nice dress shirt or pants.

Re: Men's fashion

Sneakers are also nice actually ... and/or if hes skinny like me then belt is an awesome gift

Re: Men's fashion

r u really skinny :@:

u can giv him som lovely perfume or smalll pocket purse ..nt hang bag ....or som good b oo k :@:

Re: Men's fashion

These are the gifts I have given my male relatives or "him"

Watches
Wallets
Pens
Belts
Shoes
Perfumes
Ts
Jeans
Shirts

and if I am really at a loss and don't know what to buy...then a gift voucher so that they can buy what ever they want.

Re: Men's fashion

pens are not it if you ask me ... and tees and jeans are good if you know the person and size and taste well

Re: Men’s fashion

Yea I know…hahahahaa…I was clueless as what to buy…it wasn’t a cheap pen though :vivo:

Re: Men's fashion

technology gadgets are good too

Re: Men’s fashion

Oh yeaaa…I forgot abt that…my latest gift for my dad was a Digi cam…he was ecstatic :cb:

Re: Men’s fashion

:hmmm: Depends on what he likes…I know my brother likes his shoes and his polo’s. Watches are a definitely a nice gift as well.

I wouldn’t buy a pen for a 20 yr old guy…I doubt he’d appreciate it tbh. That’s the kinda gift you’d give your dad. My dad liked the pen we got for him :@:

My dad never likes anything we buy him so we’ve stopped buying him presents :cb:

Re: Men's fashion

MKD c'mon doesn't work that way. What does your dad do professionally and what does he do for fun and I am sure me and my sidekicks can find something that even he would like.

Re: Men's fashion

if ur dad play som game e.g golf then u can give him pack of balls n a pair of cloves with some teas or some golf iron or golf wood ...

Re: Men’s fashion

My dad is exactly like that as well…but he really liked his pen. I guess you just have to find something that’s practical and that he’ll use often.

Re: Men's fashion

i cant just give a general gift... i think perfumes are gifts given by ppl who try to play it safe (unless the receiver actually does love perfumes and body sprays)...

find out what interests the person has.. and then give a gift.

for men.. i have given a tie rotator which is battery operated and has a built in light... this was a perfect gift for the husband.. hangs all his ties on it.. turn it on and and the ties do a line dance :D turn on the mini light and choose which tie you want.. he needed this badly cuz our son was co sleeping at that time and turning on the main light would wake him..

cook books by gordon ramsey and rachel ray (yes .. some men do like to cook)
watches
gadgets for the techie
games to consoles.
the consoles themselves
shoes
suits
cufflings and other clothing accessories
shavers etc
wallets
accessories to motor bikes and cars
collectibles of wahtever the person is in ito (my dad loves model antique cars ... another person collects model planes).
engraved fountain pens (this was from my son to his 2 mamoos and nana on his first eid).
