What I’d advise is to use a good hair conditioner and Dabur amla hair conditioner on your chest,and wear a tight shirt with the top half unbuttoned because if youve got it flaunt it …

a home made electrolysis: find a bath tub, fill it with cold water(not too cold or you wont be able to sit in it). okey now taking off your shirt, place your self in the bathtub so your chest is soaked under water. take a 9 inch insulated wire and connect one end to battery terminal or power supply. now use the other end of it to touch the skin on your chest. the eletctric current will cause the hair to fall out like charm.This works much better with higher voltage.

okey seriously, dont act like a wuss and just go for waxing. laster treatment is expensive and shaving makes the hair comeback in short time.
