salaam everyone
im planning on going to pakistan for like 2/3 months. and since i will be staying there for these months, i wanna make the best of it (shopping, visiting having fun, you know it!)
but i also want to attend a course where they learn to put on mendhi well, like for bridals etc. is there such a course somewhere in islamabad or rawalpindi?

You can do courses at Meena Bazaar but those women are lesboos big time.
You can do the course on your own.
You need
A A4 piece of Glass
Mehndi Cone
A book of designs
Draw a hand on the glass
Put the design at the bottom and with the cone draw on the top
that'll get your hand steady
keep on practicing with different designs
till your hand gets steady then move onto real hands.

I learned it by myself as well but I am sure once you get there you will find out about a lot of those beauty parlour places doing courses too.

Depends on where you are going, there are Salons in pakistan that offer mehndi courses for a reasonable price.
Shop around, you'll notice that all the top notch salons will charge you an arm and a leg for the same thing that the suburbian salons will.
If you go to the shops you can buy mehndi books and practice it on glass cause thats exactly how they teach you to get your hand steady.
The rest depends on how creative you can get with the designs.
