Well, I wouldn't write them off completely. It depends upon the kind of pony tail.

I think guys with two pony tails...hanging from a high point on each side of the head.....like inverted horns...is soooo HAAAWT!!!!

Oh you would love my Lakota and Commanche brethren they were thier hair like that. :smiley:

Personally I do not like to restrain my hair much. I tend to keep the Moustache trimmed and the Beard is shaped. I dont like too much hair on my neck. My hair has grown from a normal crew cut type over a year and half ago to shoulder lenth now. On occasion I have braided a few strands on my left side in the “Gokburi” Tribal fashion. Though Ponytails or anything like that is strictly no-no. I do have a friend who has is almost bald except for a braided ponytail at the back of his head. Yeah he often gets wierd looks but hey :slight_smile:

If I could grow it a bit longer and hit the Taklamakhan region again I would look like a Hadendowah. :cb:

It really depends on the guy..some of them look hot..and also depends on the way they wear it!

ponytails on men rock, especially on the guys who are balding but have a pony tail, very gangsta.

I personally think only perverted swinger dudes have ponytails, or that is what I used to think, until I found out my future FIL (YES, FIL) has a ponytail. He pulls it off. Plus, he’s a tall, big guy and looks like he’s in a biker gang minus the Harley Davidson bike. My fiance is absolutely mortified and finds it way too flamboyant for his subtle taste.

Parents took it rather…interesting. :bummer:
