Pends! WOMEN killed chivalry? Most of us love it.. so start-up again by opening doors, walking behind us, pushing our chairs in.. etc.

it could be either, Dryness could hit you at any part of the body. Cheap cotton underwear (or worst, non-cotton ones in hot weather of pak) could add on to that situation. Although the scratching is more common amongst the cross section of people who dont believe in wearing undies and going commando cause they are wearing shalwar qameez (like rickshaw drivers, sabzi walas or under cover police)
There is a religious twist too. All Muslim males and females who enter puberty are told to shave their groin area as a religious duty . They are also told that if they do not do so their prayers/namaz are invalid. They are also told that it is one of the basic requirements of being Muslim. So those who do not even pray one namaz on daily basis will practice shaving down there. That shaving results in an uncontrollable itch when those hair start to grow again.
He and his sons are jerks of the century, they have multiple vidoes on GS about their misgivings. In one he is threating and abusing a journalist , in another they are beating a guy at airport etc etc.

shamelessly touch yourself down there in public. seriously, this is not a generalization. every time I go to Pakistan this really bothers me that men are scratching / touching down there in public without any hesitation. Some do it when they are having a conversation with someone, while others I have seen just go at it while standing by themselves. I personally think it is quite indecent to take part in such practice.
