But Sara, when you are out shopping and stuff people should be a bit more refined at stuff. It's off-putting. In a way it kind of highlights the patriarchal society i.e. men can do what they want, where they want. It might be only something minor but it is just basic manners not to fondle oneself in public.
Back off women, its a matter of masculine pride. No man points a finger at women applying their makeup publicly or at traffic signals. Why all the hate.
I think the more stupid situation is when people use walls as bathroom and a piece of stone as toilet paper and take their sweet time in drying themselves in public ..
How can desi or any one gender be bashed for some involuntary urge to scratch any where. Itch is involuntary and can strike anyone anywhere, so a man got to do what a man got to do.
