This is one thing I have seen in U.A.E with men in typical Paki dresses.I think they are doing it inadvertently.These guys who work in broad day light,exposed to heat get sweat around `that area' and fungus gradually grows there and makes that itchy feeling for them.My advice to them,guys pls go and grab candid lotion or cream and get rid it off ................... :)
