This is true. My mom was telling me that when she was really young and still living in Pakistan, she used to see random guys on the street with their ding-a-ling's hanging out..just walking or going about their busy as if this was normal! SO TRAUMATIZING!
unfortunately, I have also been a victim of something very gross like that in Pakistan. lets just say, it was not just hanging out. it was very traumatizing.

There is a disease called exhibitionism which makes men or women do that.
In men it is a form of being pervert and in women it is acceptable by many societies since men run the **norm **of these societies.
Front part of brain (frontal lobe) controls this as a disease.
Dementia and frontal lobe multiple infarcts also can make men do that. Most common example is men going in front of schools and showing off to girls/women. It can happen anywhere in the world.

This is one thing I have seen in U.A.E with men in typical Paki dresses.I think they are doing it inadvertently.These guys who work in broad day light,exposed to heat get sweat around `that area' and fungus gradually grows there and makes that itchy feeling for them.My advice to them,guys pls go and grab candid lotion or cream and get rid it off ................... :)
Amir pindi ladies wouldnt ( as in squat! and check their nether regions) as we dont think with "bits "- ladies think with something called a BRAIN and that doesnt reside in the top half of the body either!!!!.....

- keep that area clean AND dry
- for any fungus/infections use a topical antibiotic cream
- use ice powder to keep the great itch at bay.
NO more public displays of itching/scratching!

Just spray it there too, it will burn a little. Oh yea and if u sprayed it after u shaved, It will burn as hell :d but wont itch

Me in midday I am skating traveling through the park.
there is this wooden bridge which is little higher. When I was crossing the bridge I saw I really young indain girl looked at me and she looked worried. She at pavement where I was supposed to be in a min(on skates- o) ON FOOT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 4-5 mins.
Now when I crossed the bridge made a turn and went to the place where little girls was I saw she wasn't alone. A grandma was standing up pulling her shalwar up in a rush. One wrinkled butt!!!!!!!!!!!!
After 1/50000 sec first glimpse I tried to act I didn't even notice them being there.
So what happened was they were walking through the park. Granny had to go. Little girl was at watch.
They calculated the can see some one coming from the bridge and it will give them enough time.
Since I was on skates they got caught red handed(or what ever)
I have more to share!! plz let me know If interested.

I know some women are even batter at taking care of male stuff then men.
One of my ex-Boss used to tell me “I will ------- --------- But you have to take shower before you come”. U know…

She decides to feed her baby. Next action was so quick that before I could look away I saw some thing which hunted me for long long time.

you know ... that.... was so awkward. so awkward. it was sticking out like my little finger. I mean the kid could have been about 3-4 inches away from the actual source of milk... and she could just feed him/her fine.
u know...
U want me to move next grossness???
I mean if you put all paki men to gether and make them scratch/adjust their equipment, and bring her in the picture with finger looking thing showing in public. She would win hands down.
