For some reason I thought it would be better than MIB-1, apparently not. It was the same story and some really shiny guns. I’d say its not worth watching till its out on video.

The first MIB was much better than this one. God knows why it grossed 52 million, 1 million more than the first. Do yourself a favor and use that theatre pass money for something else.

Sorry, no link. Today, I've heard that this movie has earned up to 90 million dollars in its first week. Perhaps, it will come down afterwards, who knows!
Ali_R, when a movie is released, everyone here goes and watches it… I mean they can never know the movie sucks without going on a first show (or weekend), and in this process the movie ends up making big bucks. And further more, the advertizing and promotion of this movie was splendid, even though the movie was awful.
As for the US movie makers and movie goers being stupid… Can you name one German movies worth watching? Heck, those guys like David Hasselhoff!!! Just because Hollywood produces one bad movie, doesnt mean they are dumb, or they suck at making movies…

I didn't know that AMerican ppl never believed in critical voices and I'm pretty sure before It gets released many of them do read about the movie and the critics. Don't they?
I don't compare Hollywood with German Movie Industry nor did I say that Hollywood is crap. Don't know how you made this one up.

Ali_R, the fact is, that this movie was being promoted by its producers in splendid fashion... I mean goto theaters before this movie was released, and they would pop in trivias of MIB2 before other movies started... It was on TV alot... (I saw half the movie in clips on tv sneak previews before it was actually released)... So this is why this movie actually ended up as a top weekend opener... I mean I loved MIB1 and this was a must go movie for me, and I watched the first show and came out dissapointed... How could I have known it would suck...
