My apartment’s assistant manager was blocking my way, so I asked him to move his truck out of the way. Instead, he told me I should be able to take out my car without hitting him. I wasn’t taking the chance, so I asked him to back out the car for me. He said he always wanted to do this and he did.
What I don’t understand why he couldn’t just move his truck instead of spending five plus minutes on maneuvering my car trying not to hit his truck!
It must be one of those "guy thangs"....you know, like the thing where they'd rather be lost for 3 hours and find the way on their own rather than taking 2 minutes to stop and ask for directions.

Back off ladies!!
Nature designed us that way for a reason. I mean who would you ask direction if you are lost in is a desert or stuck on a mountain during hiking??
You got to use your own animal instinct. Right??

Exactly. Our behaviour is designed to develop our self sufficiency. So that when we do get into a really difficulty, we aren't left floundering like some helpless.... woman.
Maybe he was right? Why go thru all the trouble of starting up the truck and moving it then back to its place when you can just move the car? It's common sense, really.
as for men not asking for directions, well they are the dumb kind. My time is precious, if I am lost, I get out and ask for directions.
You see, everything would be so dull, logic and reasoning...aagh...lifeless and barren. Thankgoodness we have some some color in this world, and women should thank men for this.
