I think a salon run by any man usually provides that. There are several in Lahore although they aren't as high end but they do the job.
And no offence but men who waxed down there are considered rather porn starish. Guys don't need to do that down there, IMO.

Wow you are a brave guy to be getting your pubic area waxed... men are so funny about that sort of thing. The only guys I know who get their pubs waxe are gay and very concerned about how it all looks down there for obvious reasons :)
