Female bosses that I have had are too difficult and catty! Male bosses are so much more laid back and fun to be with...straightforward and no BS.
With male bosses, you can talk about anything and everything...thats the fun part. With women you have to be careful. :)
Anyway, topics can cover anything from politics, family, food, etc. Trust me njgal, you will be fine. It seems like its a change for you and thats why you may be floundering a bit but once you get used to it, things will be fine. You sound personable and if you can get along with female bosses then male bosses will be a cinch!
