DHTN, was it the uncle who said the girl encouraged his moves on her? I mean, how did you infere she liked the filthy attention?
And I read somewhere, you accessed his computer and came to know about his still alive obsession for the neice, I wonder how his wife did not stumble upon something which obviously was lying right on the desktop, else how would you have accessed it unless you were snooping around, digging up files from personal folders. And the uncle is stupid on top of being a perv, he actually wrote something about his fantasies and let the document float around on his PC, which I assume is also used by his wife.
In short, I think the story isn't plausible, either you are just speculating based on rumours and making up an imaginery scenario( spotting a file of his confession of his perversion) to back it up or you are a snooper.
The story is ambiguous and even if it is true, the man who must be like 50+ needs to clean up his act and I hold him more accountable for whatever has happened, the girl's actions could be attributed to raging hormones. ( all this if the story holds)
